Nice to meet you.

I am Eliana Sequeira and I am a Portuguese Pharmacist, currently living in Macao, China.

I recently discovered a new passion: scuba diving. Since the first time, I took a dip in the Pacific and Indian Ocean I saw the magnitude of the problem of plastic pollution.
Travelling is another great passion of mine, and I’ve been visiting to many fragile and remote marine environments lately and I could not see a single one  that was untouched by the impact of ocean plastics and human waste.

On this note, I wanted to do more, so this year I apply to the eXXpedition Round the World 2019-2021 (you can check all about here https://exxpedition.com/ ) and guess what ?! I GOT IN!
